Here is a look at some of the updates and new features from Order Desk this month.

New integration

Visual Ink is a print on demand fulfillment company. Learn more about the features of this integration here.

New integration settings available for:

  • Finale Inventory: Use Auto Complete Orders to mark orders as complete when they are successfully imported at Finale and Auto Ship Orders to mark orders as shipped before order completion. Details Here.
  • Logiwa: Use Automatically Send Imported Orders to Logiwa to send all orders that are imported to your Order Desk store to Logiwa for fulfillment. Details Here.
  • Amazon FBA: Use Fetch Confirmed Shipments Only to only pull in shipments for packages that have been scanned. Details Here.
  • Hive: Update Catalog can be used to update the inventory catalog in Hive using the items created by Order Desk (in the case that an inventory item doesn’t exist). If the inventory item does exist, Order Desk will update it. To delete items using this tool, set hivetechnologies_delete as item metadata on your inventory item to flag it for deletion.   • Etsy: Use the Country Filter to only import orders from specific countries. Details Here.

Print on Demand

Additional item level options that can be set as variations or item metadata for:

  • Catalyst Fabric Solutions: Use the Repeats field to pass the number of repeating patterns for Fabric By the Yard products. Details Here.
  • CustomCat: Use print_design_id to pass the print design id for your item (if applicable). Details Here.

Fulfillment

Additional order level options that can be set as checkout data or order metadata for:

  • Veracore: Use ShippingAccountCompany, ShippingAccountCountry, and ShippingAccountEmail to pass shipping account information. Details Here.
