How does your 30 day free trial work?

Our fully-featured trial waives our monthly subscription fee for 30 days. The order fee, however, can only be calculated for the number of orders in Order Desk from the previous month, so this fee will always be retroactive, including for the trial period. Know that you will be responsible for any orders you create during the trial period. The trade off for this is that when you leave Order Desk, your last month of orders will be free.

What is the breakdown of fees on the monthly invoice?

Each invoice has two parts: a monthly subscription fee and an order fee. The subscription fee will cover the upcoming 30 days and the order fee will cover all orders created during the previous 30 days of usage. This means the orders from your trial period will fall under order fee on your first bill, but the trade off is the orders in your last month of service with Order Desk, should you choose to leave, will be free.

Does this require a contract?

Nope, not at all! We just require that you agree to our Terms of Use. You can cancel at any time if you find that it isn’t a good fit.

Do you have Enterprise options available?

Yes. If you have special requirements not covered here, please contact us to discuss your specific needs. We do not offer white-labeling at this time.

I want to import all of my historical orders, but I don’t want to pay the per order fee for thousands of old orders. Can you cut me a deal?

No ‘deal’ necessary! We know many of you want to import your historical orders into Order Desk to keep everything in one place. Well, good news! We do not charge for historical orders (within reason, of course). If any order is older than a month, it will not be added to the bill. This is a free perk with Order Desk.

Why do I have to pay for all of my orders even if I don’t need some of them here? Can you cut me a deal?

Each Order Desk customer is responsible for paying the per order fee (which covers usage and storage costs) for every order they bring into Order Desk, regardless of what happens to the order once it’s here.

However, several of our shopping cart integrations have a different filter options that allow you to tell Order Desk which orders should be imported from your cart. Check the settings in your shopping cart or marketplace integrations to see if a filter feature is available.

Can I connect to more than one account from a specific integration on a single Order Desk store?

You can connect to as many integrations on a single Order Desk store as you want (but just one of each connection). You can, however, have as many Order Desk stores on your account as you need. The Plus plan, which offers unlimited Pro stores and a lower per-order fee, is ideal for accounts with more than 3-4 Order Desk stores or about 3500 orders per month. Are my customers’ financial and payment details secure on Order Desk?

In a word: yes. We take security very seriously and have rigorously tested our app. All data is encrypted, and we employ industry best practices to ensure that your data is kept secure.

We never (ever) see protected card details coming in on your orders. For our own billing, we don’t store your card details either and instead rely on our secure payment partner.
