New Integrations

This month, we added two new integrations. First up is Blastramp HQ, the sales channel arm of the ERP. This complements our existing Blastramp WMS integration.

We’ve also added Gmail—yes, the email platform from Google. By connecting Gmail, stores can authorize Google to send messages like order status emails on their behalf.

Order Desk App Updates

  • For people who are just discovering Order Desk, we’ve added a more structured survey to the store signup experience so we can get a better understanding of how we can help them succeed
  • We added a check that stops store inventory from having two items that use the same SKU
  • If a single order contains a particularly large number of discounts, we’ll combine them into one for display purposes. Order metadata will be added when this happens so that rules can be run on this event if needed.
  • Improved the functionality of the setReturnAddress rule action
  • In rare cases, if an order contains no items, Order Desk will no longer try to automatically check its inventory counts
