This month’s a mix of new integrations and a handful of things that now work much better. Whether you’re running a print on demand shop, managing branded merch orders, or syncing tracking across a dozen sales channels, there’s likely something in here that touches your workflow. Read on :).
New Integrations
podOS Import
Running a print on demand operation usually means keeping a lot of moving parts in sync: orders, artwork, production details, fulfillment routing, and tracking updates. If you use podOS to manage your factory workflow, Order Desk can now pull your orders from podOS on a schedule and route them wherever they need to go for fulfillment. Artwork details come through as item metadata, and tracking gets sent back automatically once things ship. Here’s the setup guide if you’re ready to connect.
OMG Pop-Up Stores
Pop-up stores can move fast, especially when they’re tied to teams, events, schools, businesses, or other group orders.
With the new OrderMyGear pop-up stores integration, Order Desk can import those orders automatically and give you the usual filtering and routing options to make sure each order gets sent where it needs to go. If your customers are running group orders through OMG, this one’s for you.
Meno OnDemand
Order Desk can now submit orders for dye sublimation and textile-based products to Meno OnDemand (while also passing along details like domestic and international shipping class preferences, packing slips, and custom shipping labels).
Meno supports a wide range of products, including pillows, blankets, rugs, table covers, fabric by the yard, and other textile-based items. Once orders ship, Order Desk grabs the tracking updates from Meno automatically.
Podbase
Tech accessory sellers with interest in fast turnaround times have a new fulfillment option to work with. Order Desk can automatically send print on demand orders for phone cases, AirPod cases, MacBook cases, tablet cases, and other personalized accessories to Podbase, then pull tracking back once orders ship. Here’s a great place to start if you’re interested in learning more.
