In Manage Integrations, enable Etsy under Shopping Carts, click Connect to Etsy and allow access. Choose which orders to download and turn on Sync Tracking Numbers.
Connect Printed Mint
Enable Printed Mint under Print on Demand and enter the credentials from your Printed Mint rep. Choose a default mail class. Turn on Use Printed Mint API version 2.0 only if Printed Mint asks you to.
Add print details and automate
Save each product’s Printed Mint product code as
print_skuand its artwork asprint_url_1(andprint_url_2for a second print) on its inventory item. Turn on Add Inventory Details to Order Items and create a rule that submits orders to Printed Mint when they’re imported.Tip: give every Etsy variation its own SKU so the right artwork goes on every size and color.

Etsy + Printed Mint questions
Can Etsy orders be sent to Printed Mint automatically?
Yes. Order Desk downloads your Etsy orders on the schedule you choose, adds the Printed Mint print details saved on your products, and a rule triggered by “Order is Imported” submits them to Printed Mint.
Does the Etsy connection work for every shop?
Not always. Under a recent Etsy policy change, third-party apps like Order Desk can no longer access full shipping addresses or send tracking updates for shops in certain regions, and Etsy updates that list from time to time. If your shop is affected, some users route Etsy orders through ShipStation and bring them into Order Desk with the ShipStation Order Import integration.
What does Printed Mint need for each item?
Printed Mint’s product code (print_sku) and a link to your artwork (print_url_1). For a second print, add print_url_2. Use print_location_1 and print_location_2 to set where each print goes; otherwise the item’s default location is used.
Does tracking go back to Etsy?
Yes. Printed Mint sends shipment details back to Order Desk automatically. With Sync Tracking Numbers turned on, Order Desk sends the tracking to Etsy, which emails your customer. If an order has more than one tracking number, only the first is sent to Etsy.
Where do I get my Printed Mint credentials?
Printed Mint creates and provides them, so contact your Printed Mint rep. Order Desk support can’t look up or reset Printed Mint credentials.
