Can you believe that we are already halfway through 2021? Here at Order Desk it doesn’t matter what month it is, we are always looking for ways to improve the app.

Our European customers may already know that as of July 1st, the European Union (EU) made some changes to how they manage Value Added Tax (VAT) on goods being shipped into the EU. To accommodate this change, we have added a new field in the Store Settings where you can enter your default IOSS number.

We are working diligently with our partners to assure compliance with these new regulations, and if you need support for IOSS in an integration that doesn’t yet support dynamic IOSS numbers, please contact our support team so we can see if there’s any options we can support.

If you upload files to Dropbox from a URL using the Upload File to Dropbox action in the Rule Builder, a failed upload will automatically retry the upload up to 3 more times.
