Integration Features & Updates

Shopping Carts

Additional integration settings are now available for:

  • Wayfair: Select Check For Cancelation Requests to allow Order Desk to check for cancelation requests associated with your orders. Please note, this requires permissions from Wayfair in advance. Details Here.

The Inventory Partner Target dropdown can be used to select the default inventory partner to sync inventory. Inventory Whitelist Required can be selected to require inventory whitelist for your items. Please note, when selecting this option items will require an item metadata field of logicbroker_include with a value of 1 to be synced. If left unchecked, all Order Desk inventory will be processed and new items will be created as needed. Details Here.

Additional order level options that can be set as checkout data or order metadata for:

  • Printify Supplier: Reject cancelation requests from Shopify by setting a value of 1 in the reject_cancel field. Details Here.
