Connect WooCommerce
Enable WooCommerce under Shopping Carts in Manage Integrations and enter your store URL to authorize Order Desk. You’ll need WooCommerce 3.0 or later. Turn on Instant Download and Sync Tracking Numbers.
Connect Mintsoft
Enable Mintsoft under the Fulfillment tab in Manage Integrations and enter your Mintsoft username and password, or your API key. Choose a default warehouse and mail class, and turn on Sync Inventory if you want stock counts from Mintsoft.
Turn on the automation
Create a rule that submits orders to Mintsoft when they’re imported, filtered to the orders your warehouse should ship. Add a Shipping Class Match so each WooCommerce shipping method maps to the right Mintsoft method.
Tip: if you use the WooCommerce Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro extension, choose it under Shipment Submission so tracking shows up where your customers expect it.

WooCommerce + Mintsoft questions
Can WooCommerce orders be sent to Mintsoft automatically?
Yes. With Instant Download turned on, WooCommerce orders come into Order Desk as they’re placed, and a rule triggered by “Order is Imported” submits them to Mintsoft. A backup check catches any orders that weren’t ready when they were placed.
How does tracking get back to WooCommerce?
Mintsoft sends shipment details to Order Desk. With Sync Tracking Numbers turned on, Order Desk adds them to the WooCommerce order as a customer note by default, or through the Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro extension if you use one. Mark Order Completed changes the order status too. You can also email tracking from Order Desk instead.
Can I sync Mintsoft stock to WooCommerce?
Turn on Sync Inventory in the Mintsoft settings and Order Desk pulls stock counts from the Mintsoft warehouse and stock level you choose, on the schedule you set. With Sync Inventory also turned on in WooCommerce, Order Desk sends the updated counts to your store. Turn on Skip Unlisted Items to ignore products that aren’t in your Order Desk inventory.
Can I send IOSS, VAT or EORI numbers to Mintsoft?
Yes. Add ioss, VATNumber or EORINumber to an order as checkout data or metadata, by hand or with a rule. If an order has no IOSS number, Order Desk uses the default IOSS number from your store settings. You can also set Currency (the default is GBP), ClientID and Channel.
What if my WooCommerce store won’t connect?
Check that the URL matches your WordPress URL settings and that your permalinks use an option like “Post Name” rather than “Plain”, since the WooCommerce REST API needs pretty permalinks. If you use iThemes Security, turn off “Filter Suspicious Query String URLs”. Order Desk support can help if it still won’t connect.
