Choose the default return address CustomCat uses on your shipments, or set a different one for specific orders with a rule.

Amazon + CustomCat questions
Can Amazon orders be sent to CustomCat automatically?
Yes. Order Desk imports your Amazon orders, adds the CustomCat print details saved on your products, and a rule triggered by “Order is Imported” submits them to CustomCat.
What do I need to know about Amazon’s dropshipping policy?
If a third-party provider fulfills your Amazon orders, you’re responsible for following Amazon’s Dropshipping Policy. You must remain the seller of record, and the provider shouldn’t identify itself as the seller on packing slips, invoices or packaging. Order Desk sends the orders but doesn’t control what goes in the box, so confirm the details with CustomCat.
What does CustomCat need for each item?
A print_sku, which can be CustomCat’s Catalog SKU ID or its Product ID. If you use the Product ID, add size and color too. Add your front artwork as print_url and, if needed, the back as print_url_2.
How does CustomCat know which shipping method to use?
Orders use the default mail class in your CustomCat settings, or you can set up a Shipping Class Match to map each Amazon shipping method to a CustomCat method.
Which Amazon accounts can connect?
Amazon only lets Professional seller accounts in good standing connect through its API. Individual accounts aren’t eligible. Order Desk supports Amazon North America, Europe, Australia and Japan.
How much does it cost?
Every Order Desk plan includes all integrations, and pricing is published on our pricing page. New stores get a 30-day free trial with full access.
