Order Desk Release Notes – July 2025

We’ve been busy this month working on existing integrations and making improvements behind the scenes. If you rely on inventory syncing, shipment updates, or use our rule builder to automate your workflow, there are some useful updates in here for you. A couple of print on demand integrations also got some inventory sync features added in :).

New Integrations

Extensiv Order Manager

If Extensiv Order Manager (formerly Skubana) powers your fulfillment, there’s now a direct line from Order Desk to your warehouse. This new integration lets you push orders straight into Extensiv, keeping stock level and shipment updates in sync automatically. It’s built to support close knit operations that need coordination between your shopping cart and your Extensiv warehouse.

Order Desk App Updates

  • Shipment Import Templates now support Manual Mapping. This means you can apply order-level data, like metadata or checkout data fields, while importing shipment updates.
  • Fixed an issue where demo stores always show the estimated cost for the Pro plan during checkout. The estimate now shows the selected plan correctly.
  • If the Set Quantity rule action removes an item from an order (by setting quantity to 0 or less), the change will now appear in the order history with a note referencing the rule that triggered it.
  • When sending order data to a webhook endpoint, you can now choose to include the order history with it.

Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

Sales Channels

  • Walmart
    • Order imports now include product image thumbnails, so you’ll see a preview right on the order page.
    • We now prefer Walmart’s Carrier Method Name field, when available, for more accurate shipping method details.
    • If Walmart rejects a shipment submission due to the tracking URL, we’ll automatically retry the submission without the URL to reduce manual intervention.
  • TikTok Shop
    • Added support for auto_combine_group_id metadata. This means that you can now create rules to merge multiple orders placed by the same customer during TikTok Live.
    • Fixed bugs with how we determine order import times and improved stock syncing for multivariant SKUs.
  • Shopify
    • Added support for line-item level shipment submissions (partial shipments).
  • Faire
    • Discounts are now imported with orders.
    • Added support for the shipment_cost_modifier field to adjust shipment costs before sending to Faire.
  • Wayfair
    • Improved how we handle address formatting during shipment submission. This makes sure that we avoid validation errors from Wayfair.
  • StoreAutomator
  • Amazon Marketplace
    • Fixed an issue where inventory was unexpectedly syncing for items with skip_push or amazon_skip metadata.
    • Negative stock levels are now converted to 0 to prevent invalid updates.
  • CommerceHub
    • Improved support for multi-package shipments and invoice submission for Home Depot and Bluestem.
  • Liftoff
    • Order status changes are now tracked directly and stored in the liftoff_current_status metadata field.

  • Brightpearl
    • Fixed shipping method syncing in shipment updates.
    • You can now set a First Import Date to control which orders are brought into Order Desk.
  • Mintsoft
    • Added support for rule-based actions on canceled orders.

Fulfillment

  • Hive Technologies
    • Fixed a bug that prevented canceled orders from being moved to the correct folder.
  • Deposco
    • Inventory sync now pulls stock from the right fields.
    • Multiple shipment lines are now treated as separate shipments to better reflect how items are packed.
    • You can now control how often we check for shipment updates.
  • Logiwa IO
    • Added support for new order export fields: ExpectedDeliveryDate and RetailerCustomerAccountNumber.
    • You can now cancel orders in Logiwa using rules.
  • Logiwa
    • Added support for the ChannelOrderDetailCode field during order export.

Print On Demand

  • Turbine

  • Gearment
    • Orders sent to Gearment now include the Order Desk store_id for better tracking sync.
  • Fulfill Engine
    • You can now pass up to 5 print files per order item.
  • 4Over
    • Added support for multipage PDF print files.
  • Swagful

    • You can now pass AdditionalData with your orders using either checkout data or metadata.
