Integration Features & Updates

Shopping Carts

Additional integration settings are now available for:

  • Nexternal: Choose between Nexternal’s internal order ID or PO number using the Order ID Format setting. Details Here.

Etsy has quietly announced the removal of third-party shipping support. There will be no interruption in service for Order Desk users who already have an active connection with Etsy, but new connections will not have full access to Etsy’s API and may lack feature availability. Details Here.

Fulfillment

Additional order level options that can be set as checkout data or order metadata for:

  • Logiwa: Use the AutoPrint field to automatically print an order document when using the upload packing slip rule action in the Order Desk Rule Builder. Details Here.
  • FedEx Supply Chain: Set freight price on a per order basis with the FreightCost field. Details Here.

Print On Demand

Additional item level options that can be set as variations or item metadata for:

  • Printful: print_url, print_location, and print_preview can now be set with up to 7 values (e.g. print_url_1, print_url_2, etc.). Details Here.
