Order Desk Release Notes – February 2026

It’s our first release notes of 2026!

We’re kicking off the year with two new print on demand integrations, improvements across dozens of existing connections, and several quality-of-life updates. Let’s dive in!

New Integrations

Print Logistic

If you’re using Print Logistic to handle your print on demand production, we’ve got some exciting news. You can now link your account directly to Order Desk. This integration takes the manual work out of the process by prepping your cart orders with all the specific details Print Logistic needs before sending them over. Once your items are out for shipping, tracking info flows right back into Order Desk and updates your cart automatically. You can learn more about the integration here.

240Express

We’ve added 240Express to our lineup of print on demand integrations. This connection makes it easy to automate the handoff between your store and your print production team. By connecting your account, you can send orders straight to 240Express and let Order Desk handle the status updates and tracking sync for you. If you want to get your 240Express orders moving through Order Desk, you can get started here.

Order Desk App Updates

  • We’ve added support for tracking URL generation for shipments powered by Asendia via USAEXPORTPBA, as well as OSMW shipments.
  • Added a search filter to the Switch Store dropdown. If you manage multiple stores, you can now type a store name to quickly find and switch to it instead of scrolling through the full list of stores.
  • We now cap inventory item metadata at 5,000 characters to prevent metadata overflow issues and help with data storage.

Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

Sales Channels

Shopify

  • You can now send a Gateway value at the order level when pushing orders to Shopify. This makes it easier to correctly identify how payment was made for an order.
  • When canceling orders in Shopify, auto-refund is now explicitly set to false. This restores the previous behavior after a Shopify API change started defaulting auto-refunds to true.

Amazon Marketplace

  • When importing orders, Order Desk will now pull the ship-from name, if present, and save it as order metadata.
  • We’ve added carrier code conversion support for Lasership shipments to ensure tracking updates are sent in the format Amazon expects.

TikTok Shop

  • We fixed an issue where the shop cipher was set incorrectly when multiple marketplace connections were enabled.
  • Fixed an issue where the label generator ignored the manually entered weight when the order weight was set to zero. You can now create labels normally from Order Desk using the weight you provide.

Walmart Marketplace

  • Shipment submissions now honor shipment contents instead of treating the entire order as shipped. This ensures only the correct items and quantities are marked as fulfilled in Walmart.
  • We added an inventory location filter to help users control which orders get imported for processing.

BigCommerce

  • We added support for a fulfill_entire_order flag during shipment submission. When enabled, BigCommerce will mark the full order as fulfilled as soon as a shipment is sent from Order Desk.

Brightpearl

  • Order item quantities are now pulled from the goods out note instead of the order row. This way, imported quantities accurately reflect what’s meant to be shipped.

Mirakl

  • We now support daily product downloads to keep your catalog in sync with Order Desk automatically. If you need to have this option enabled, reach out to our support team.
  • If an item is found to exist in Mirakl during product download, we’ll clear all skip flags that might have been added before. This makes sure you can sync stock counts without errors from that point on.
  • Added a new rule action that allows you to automatically cancel orders in Mirakl.

ShipStation Import

  • We now store the original order number in an order metadata field called order_key. This points to the original order number in the source platform before it was added to ShipStation.

Etsy

  • To stay within Etsy’s API rate limits, we added image caching so that images are reused across all listings that share the same SKU instead of being fetched repeatedly. This helps reduce the number of API calls we make to Etsy and avoids hitting their rate limits.

Salesforce

  • It is now possible to set multiple order fields in Salesforce within the same rule. Previously, only the first Set Order Field at Salesforce action would run, which meant additional fields were ignored. All actions in the same rule will now apply correctly.

Liftoff

  • During order import, Order Desk now imports the product unit code and quantity (if present). This data will be stored as item metadata.

Fulfillment

Logiwa IO

  • We’ve updated the inventory sync logic for Logiwa. Order Desk now pulls stock counts from the sellableQuantity field instead of pickableQuantity to ensure your inventory levels more accurately reflect what is available for sale.

Packiyo

  • We improved how Order Desk handles timeout errors when submitting orders to Packiyo. In some cases, Packiyo successfully receives the order but returns a server error, which meant Order Desk didn’t know the order went through and didn’t listen for shipment updates. We now have a way to work around this automatically.

Print On Demand

Jondo Global

  • Fixed a bug where the reprint option randomly disappears from orders submitted to Jondo.

Mintsoft

  • Added support for sending VAT and EORI numbers along with order data.
  • Added an Inventory Source setting. You can now use this to determine whether Order Desk should pull on-hand or total inventory from Mintsoft.

Printful

  • You can now send a custom_border_color field to control border colors for supported products.

MWW On Demand

  • We expanded support for VAS fields so you can now send up to vas_name_5. Previously, only two VAS fields were supported.

BDLinx

  • Added the BTSID field to the available export fields.

ShineOn

  • You can now send additional personalization fields with ShineOn orders. You can use item_property_key_1 through item_property_key_5 and item_property_value_1 through item_property_value_5 to pass extra values like engravings for personalized products.

Shipping

EasyPost

  • Address validation has been improved to prevent apartment or suite numbers from appearing in both address lines. Address Line 2 will now only be preserved if that value does not already exist in the validated Address Line 1. This prevents duplicate address information when printing labels.

Shippo

  • You can now override your Shippo Default Shipper Address to use the specific Return Addresses set on your orders. This is useful for merchants shipping from multiple locations who need the return label to match the specific origin of the package.
  • Added support for setting your shipping service preference directly on the order. This lets you choose the exact shipping service to use when purchasing labels automatically through rules.

That’s a wrap on our first update of the year. As always, if you have questions about any of these changes, our support team is always available to help.
