Order Desk gives you the ability to automate your order management process. With CommerceHub, you can import orders from your favorite retail vendors. In Order Desk, you’ll be able to split, filter and organize them, then automatically send them to the services that fulfill your products.
We’ve built integrations to hundreds of common ecommerce services to allow you to get your order routing established, and ask our team how to send your orders to the services that your businesses uses.
It’s also important to know that CommerceHub requires all customers to go through testing which requires input from the Order Desk development team. Due to this, there is an additional one-time fee for each CommerceHub vendor you plan to use with Order Desk. CommerceHub has their own separate setup and testing fees as well.
